FATE AND DESTINY

FATE AND DESTINY

I believe in destiny and I believe in fate
What else would bring us together in New York state?
I think it was on 52nd Avenue
Something brought us together me and you

It must have been 3 years since I saw you last
I asked how you are and spoke of the past
We decided on coffee and a Broadway show
I was trying desperately not letting my feelings grow

When the show was over we did all the sights
We went back to her room putting all the wrongs into rights
She left me alone the following morning
Fate and destiny you gave me no warning
