FDA APPROVED
If a commercial like a weight loss with a famous star went something like this...
It will cost you hundreds of dollars a month to receive a week of food for free to help you lose 10 lbs. would you buy it?
Probably...
Many must it's a paid commercial on mostly in the afternoon...
At dinnertime you usually will see a Restaurant commercial...
The companies can afford this expensive experienced marketing and advertising plan...
A commercial for flea and tick medication by a vet, FDA approved...
If the commercial said you put it on your pet every 3 months no problem right?
If you saw an honest commercial that said this medication will kill fleas and ticks for 6 months for your dog or cat which may cause vomitting and diarrhea, with blood in both as well as seizures and skin irritation.
Additionally, there are an alarming number of reports of kidney and liver damage as well as reports of abdominal blood cell counts.
They say it's FDA approved.
I guess we're supposed to take their word for it that it works and kills the fleas and ticks...
Maybe, they didn't really think we aren't really trying to harm our animals at the same time...
I'm sure our health with a FDA approved label is good for our health?
It's good Doctors don't run out of medication prescriptions...

Love it feathers!!!! I wonder the same thing
Hello Greg...
A lot of my friends don't look at commercials the way they used to..
I started a joke and I guess that's all they hear now...
I asked them if they told the truth they wouldn't sell any...
Every time I see a skin care commercial yeah seriously, what are they going to say that it doesn't take care of wrinkles?
Someone said they wouldn't get a pay check if they did...
?????
Thank you for your kind comment and support!

Dear Sparrowsong,
What an eye-opening write. Fortunately for us, Nico and Cody's brilliant vet, a graduate of the University of Florida Veterinary School, was aware of the side effects from these flea and tick products that were put directly on a dogs skin. She switched us to pills and a semi-annual shot, which were much less toxic.
Shame on the FDA and these corrupt companies that are killing our beloved pets.
Thank you for your most accurate observance.
Love,
Larry xxx
Hello Silent Dreamer...
I always thought from a young age that how they knew it would work the animal would die...
If the animal lives then they'd have to feed it...
But, they want to control what we buy...
They should be celebrating all the time, that people are such good little play things...
How boring it would be if we didn't have people to entertain us with their stupidity?
?????
Thank you for your kind comment and support!

Hello Larry...
Yes, a brilliant vet that only used a little toxic...
I have one of those too...
That's the question we should ask our own Physician...
I ask, don't you?
On a scale from 1-10 what's the toxicity level your giving me?
I think I enjoy the look they give me and tops it off with that adorable shoulder shrug...
Then it ends with laughter...
Most people they want to see in 6 months or a year and they get a prescription...
They smile at me and say, see me in 3 years...
Take care Doc...

P.S. My dog is 4 months away from turning 17 years old...
She has a slight heart murmur but, she's not on any medication and she's still so far so good...
She loved for her petty pets, food, treats and off course...
DOGGIE DAY SPA!

Hugs again...
