Poem -

Fear

I’m not afraid of the dark,

Spiders, snakes or a mean dog’s bark.

I’ve lived with physical pain all my life,

And had to endure much emotional strife,

I’m not afraid of being hated or not being loved,

As I’ve had my share of all the above.

I’m not afraid of death,

Cause I’ve lived a full life for so long.

But I am afraid that when I die,

No one will notice that I’m gone.
