Feelings are so fickle

Laugh and the whole wide world laughs with you
Cry and you cry alone feeling blue
This seems to be something that is said that I find very true
What is the point of feeling sorry for yours truly
Nobody ever wants to listen to negativity surely

So smile though your heart is aching as they sing in that old song
Doom and gloom does no good and is horribly wrong
Look up to that big ol Mr. moon beaming down on you 
He will wash your cares away and stop you feeling blue
Sit out in the yellow sunshine amidst the cloudless sky and do yourself a favour, wipe that teardrop from your eye

Feelings are so fickle just like a yoyo on a string
We switch our emotions as flighty as a bird on the wing
So we shall pack up those problems that hang over our head and embrace Mother nature 
She is our special watershed
There will always be love at the end of hope so give someone a cuddle and wave goodbye to mope
