Your hand, so soft
so old
not cold
Your hand, so white
so grey, too light
Your hand, I hold, too long
too tight
Too tight. I hold. Your hand.
Tonight.
Your hand So soft So old
Too cold
Too gone Too here
Too far So near
Your hand I hold too tight
So. Tight.
Your hand so cold
So wrong. Not right.
Not here Still here
Too gone So near
Too dear Too white
Too cold Not right
Your hand so soft too cold too
old so grey not light so wrong
not right. Your hand so fine,
All mine Hold tight
Your hand so cold
Not Mine. Not Right.
Let. Go. Your. Cold. Still. Hand. Do. I. Tonight.

OMG... Soooo sad. To hold someone's hand as they die. Oh Marion what you must go through.... Many hugs 🤗🤗 x
Hi Love...this is actually about my nan...I sat with her a few nights near her time. We would like to do this on wards but it is usually family where poss as just not enough staff on though I know in ITU during covid where the ratio of nurse/patient is small...they did this...bless them
hugs 💕
Wow... Great job Marion.
Thanks so much Cleo 🤗🤗
Oh wow Marion. So sad but captured beautifully in your layout and arrangement of words. But so reassuring and comforting for that person to have a someone hold their hand when they are nearing death. Ssoo pinned. Px💜
Thanks so much Pratibha 💕
