Fighting Back

Fighting Back

Making my own way.
Controlling my own mind.
Regaining inner peace at last. Turning my fight into a victory.
I found my strength.
My bruised soul and tired brain are healing with time.
My mind is my greatest ally.
I'm feeling alone more and more everyday.
My thoughts are steadily positive and keep me thriving.
The time to surrender is never because my soul will conquer.
My way to battle the negative is to smile through struggles.
I got up, I'm strong, and I'll never drown.
I'm excited for this rollercoaster life.
