Final Destination

Cross legged, the smooth grass caresses my calves

The rays of the sun softly collide with my skin

It becomes easy to suppress the incessant thoughts

The rambling becomes a quiet murmur

My brain focuses on the journey

The birds chirping happily around me

The wind swirling in harmony

The everlasting moment I am in

Time freezes

Everything stands still

There is no movement

Only silence

Finally

I am free

From the cage I was put into

By society
