FINDING ME series (poem: Finding Her)

I've set out on a journey 
to find the girl I lost
she was gone from the minute my eyes left hers

She is coming back now 
I am sure of that 
I hope she is not angry for she didn't get to live 
her childhood 

I will make it up to her 
by making her future the best 
I will help her to find herself 

She deserves to deem herself beautiful in every way 
She is lovely and nice 
a well deserving person 

If only she would have seen all of this before 
If only she would have talked about the root of her problems 
she would have been happy and normal long ago 

She will be ok 
I will find her today 
She will know who she is so her future can be lit 
and brighten the darkness with in her 

Krystyn I call out to you 
WHERE ARE YOU? 
I will find you no matter what

I will search every corner 
every cake shop and mall
your somewhere close waiting for my call
