THE FLAME
There once was a light
At the end of the tunnel
Guiding me along the way
I followed it until the end
When it suddenly faded away
The enticing light turned out
To only be a flame
Snuffed out
By the devil himself

I don't believe the devil has the power to take a life he has the power to torment but God has the ultimate say when someone has had enough or its time to go :-) its not for us to question his purpose but to embrace it and look for the silver lining God leaves under every dark cloud :-)

God works in the most mysterious way's never to be thought until it hits you in the face:-) I have had two had two relationship's with woman I did not love with my whole heart would not quite die for them in a manner to speak. I wasted twenty good years and done my best in all of them to be up standing and gentleman like but never worked out and left me wondering if true love is just a over rated fable. I received a msg today from a girl from my past that I will die for and always imagined would be a good wife for me :-) we lost touch when we where still young teens shared our first kiss ever (french) :-) so we are going to meet for coffee could never of imagined:-) in the bibel many people also had to endure hardships for years before finding their true love:-) I feel as if i am seeing the silver lining for once :-) think the silver lining is like a dim light at the end of a long dark tunnel :-) hope you find one too. Dear Poetess Valerie Lynn,
Though short, your verse is fabulous, It has all the pain and agonies which are dormant in your mind, I love this verse, My applause, my love, my vote
Our life is a cycle of Light and dark shades, The darkness over time is underlined by a certain chain of events which reoccurs whenever the flame begins to fade, with the exception of the first time the Flame faded and the linked the fire.
Let me conclude my comments in a verse, which I may post later
