His senses instantly overwhelmed
By the floral scents
In his heart he knew his love
And when the florist spoke
He felt a shudder
For he knew, she knew
What he was after
She questioned him with soft spoken
Consideration
As she nearly held his hand
Guiding his eyes
To the perfect
Flower
To express his Love
For his beloved
She noted every nervous habit
Until she finally
Landed his gaze so deftly
Upon a Purple
Orchid
Where his expression melted
And the Florist
Floated him out of the door
With a note attached
A gentle reminder
" Remember to SAY I Love you!"
