Curry, Chinese and pizza with cheese,
Home roast chicken with gravy to please,
Poached eggs on toast or bacon sarnies, all so good to make up for those Barnies,
Deep fried chicken or fish and chips, watch out mind, it goes straight to the hips!Β
How about a salad? Quinoa galore?Β
I doubt youβll be screaming,
PLEASE SIR MORE!Β
Burger with fries or a kebab piled high, with chilli or garlic or perhaps a steak pie?Β
Nachos with cheese and pulled pork to top, watch out or you might just pop!Β
Be healthy be sane keep the body clean from pain, but remember you only live once, so balance is the aim!Β
