I saw you today
Green, orange and yellow feathers, sounding like a bellbird in the trees
You masked it so well
Your true image

Foolish heart of mine
Blinded by the overgrowth

Only time knew the truth
And nature the story

But still my love, the sound
Was glorious
As I watched you fly away.
