FOR REASONS MORE OBVIOUS THAN A KISS

Love's not a glance,

not simply stance

when things are going well...

love can go through hell,

and remain unscathed.

Love doubts in measure,

trusts as treasure,

of the monuments of connection,

it is the coherency of connection...

and builds bonds to the establishment of connection,

and does not with terror fear rejection. 

Love is a labour of love,

a working on oneself to be everything

essentially not to just a person

but a whole community,

being your best for everyone,

in this sense it's love that's fun,

for reasons more obvious than a kiss.
