Stabbed in the back
Because of your lack
While you took what was mine

And their make shift covers
My praise of you the lure

Out spoken, over stated
And almost related
Our friendship as brothers
Forgiven as would mothers

Denied and refused
Gifted to be abused
Without comfort in need
Forgiveness my only seed

Slow in good
Never mind what you would
I know what you did
Forgiveness is my only bid

Begrudged in all this
Of every happiness
I choose to still be friends
Forgiveness has huge hands
