Fragments

I tell my soul to flitter away 

I'll try to bury her with my heaviest burdens , I abuse her very existence and crush her beaming light with harsh words and cruel judgment.

And yet .... 

She takes it....

Tip toeing around all the emotions that strike her down so harshly.

I feel my soul flitter away yet she holds on...

Clinging 

Wishing 

Hoping 

FIGHTING!
