FREE TO BE ME
I want to live in a world where I'm free to be. Where I'm not judged by what I think and say. I don't want to be judged by the clothes I wear or even my hair. I desperately want to live in my own world.
I want to make up my rules for life based on my principles because in my opinion that is real freedom. How can you be free if you're living under someone else's laws? You can't so I discovered that real freedom is when you can live by your own laws with no regrets but in this world you would never get away with that.
I want to be free to be me and express myself in whatsoever way I please. I don't know about anyone else on this earth but I feel it's hard to live on a planet where you're not free from the news press and politics. Yes, this world is really sick because this world doesn't want you to be free. The world wants to live under a false sense of security by not telling you what's really happening. The only thing certain is death and taxes. Yes this world has taken a terrible turn for the worst. Do you look around you and listen to your local news? Children are being abducted congressmen are committing fraud because of their own selfishness. The poor taxpayers pay for the wealthy peoples greed. Now answer me wouldn't it be nice to live in your own world where you are free? I want to live a world where I'm free to be me.

Lovely poem in deed but this would be a favorable wish for all to hope to have come true, no laws governing the land but where there exist man, (be it one are a million), we will always find ourselves worried about, the what ifs, hence, what if someone else do come around, to my world and need to be schooled, on the ins and outs and all of a sudden, need to be established, (new rules), can't have him,(the new comer), coming into town, as though he is the new sheriff in town..Commandment #1 are shall i say, rule number #1, followed by many more to come.....Sad to say there has to be laws, its how we administered, preceived and act upon, that governs our success are failure in our quest to be fair and just to all. There has to be laws, we just need to find the right, coexisting ones, that will work for us all........ Lovely poem and wish....
