What was before, it has now passed.
Don't look back as it will last.
Strong it is through time and space,

The free, they dance to the gong.
Sounding loud, sounding still,
The peaceful silence brings the thrill.
The mind it races far away,
But the body near, will stay.
Where you go and what you do,

Jump, lie, walk, and sit,
