My mind is blessed by visions of all the future will be.

From the depths I have risen to conquer any self-pity !

For so long I felt abandoned in a world I didn't fashion.

Cruel circumstances took me on a path to destruction.

Your departure was the finale to tragedy, unforeseen.

I couldn't get used to missing the love there had been.

In a situation where I found no suitable place to hide,

I was a shadow, enduring a solitude I could not abide !

The battle to regain confidence and hope was severe,

But I arrived at a home, where dreams would appear !

I smile, having a right to search for what I believe in.

The worst of a bitter nightmare can now be forgotten !
