Freedom

We are freedom 

We can hear it ring from a distance

We roam the fields feeling free 

Stripped of our own identity

They call us colored figures

How do we look strange 

Our skin is different but we are beautiful people

We are strong people still fighting our own constant battles

We are not strangers

We are American's just like you.

We are freedom 

We roam the fields of feeling free

We don't fear no one

Cause we understand there is nothing left to fear.

We not slaves, We are the future 

We are the people who built this country

We are the people who keep fighting for love, peace, equality, harmony.
