Puddles on the pavement...Ā
It`s hard to describe.
HiddenĀ
A secret rendezvousĀ
The butterflies fly
And excitement travels
From far and wide.
As the sun sets tricklingĀ
It utters in the mind
To seekĀ
To findĀ
Reprieve from whence receivedĀ
Loves chuckles and chimesĀ
And slightly blind
But this peace can
and will
Be achievedĀ
So my love,
Weightless with a weary soul
For we'll relive our loveĀ
To which we hold
As we gaze under starlit skies.
Where our pressing lips connect,
Causing a special, spiritual effect
A-game. With a passionate prize.
Ā
So,
Hold me close, captive; in a loving embrace,
When I`m pulled pillar to post, hearts beating, simply race,
Let us protect what has been found
Ā
There is no illusionĀ
A confident conclusionĀ
Everlasting is the soundĀ
One hand in mineĀ
Into fusion sublime
We interlock our subtle hands.
