FROM WITHIN

The storm of emotions mixed with sadness and pain 
it has been that way for quite some time 
the reason i go forward is pure tenacity 
i come from a world of no pain or sorrow
until i met them along lifes long journey
from within the water is choppy the air
is stagnant the storm rages on
oh i have glanced up to see the shore 
it is a wonderful sight everyone basking
in pure pleasure no pain or sadness here
just truth and reality from within.
