She is in the evening of her experience
The golden years with wear and tear
Tho beauty still lies within her looks
Crows’s feet crumple everywhere
Puckered out pleats,
Furrowed tiny tucks
Her aging skin is in denial
Forever in a flourishing flux
Oozing charismatic, character
Her timeworn face tells so many stories
Hidden is the secrets of a life filled with gasconade and glories
Focusing within the frailness of her hollowed glare
An epic adventurous personality
Hides unfolded amidst her stare
Impossible to blot out the bygone brilliance of her past
This little ladies ancestry of timelessness will last
She has written lines of her existence
Whilst her travels have trawled the wonderful world
Completed volumes of vast ventures
Memoirs from her childhood uncurled
From the cradle to the grave
A richness of remembrance
This wondrous woman’s stories
An immortal legacy of evanescence
