~ GENIUS DIVIDED ~
I could rehearse, If only I dared
Convey the brushstrokes of nature's paint
With Dali's intent, a canvas most rare
A schizophrenic, artistic,Β symphonic complaint
One, of brightest day, morosely conveyed
Inside of myself, with raging mind
AΒ happiness so sad and set apart
A phantom loss, the snake reminds
So my pen can't recall, words from the heart
Those of brightest day, locked away in the dark
I could rehearse, If I could but only remember
To match the candle with the colorful sun
But my mind's medication distorts the clever
Where my master insists, the bell be rung
And sudden inspiration manifests as song
A song which mysteriously, has already been sung...
