Poem -

George Floyd

Remember

From a life well lived to a memory never to forget
We lost a human
A human he was
His name is George Floyd and he said I can't breathe
But a few people didn't listen and it cost him his life
Listen to our voices
We will be heard
We are like little lions
Learning how to roar
Black lives matter
Those words explain so much
And if a picture is worth a thousand words then put freedom in a frame
Because a life well lived was taken, and so was our freedom
