GEORGE MENDONSA

GEORGE MENDONSA

George Mendonsa is not a well known name
He died today to me that's such a shame
He's known for kissing a woman in Times Square
It was the end of World War two and George didn't care

The photograph was first published in Life magazine
Considered by many as one of the best photos ever seen
"The Kiss" still publicises New York to this day
George will live on in that photo whatever you may say
