He wants to get his point across

Showing me time and time again how I forgot what life is really about

Giving me an ultimatum so he will put myself in a predicament trying to set me straight

Like sending me across a sea after a storm and the waves are barreling at me crashing and pulling me in

looking to get to the top to finally get air back into my heart but the depth is longer than I thought

causing panic throughout I continue trying to escape this death route

Holding my breath as I sink I begin to think about the time I change everything for the love of pain

but now I'm lost and starting to hate the man I came to be

Recognizing the hope is coming back inside me

I look up as my hands connect i prey to god

Help me survive to get to solid ground again

I know I'm messing up but I will learn from my mistakes

So help myself get back on the straight path

finally noticing the point that you sent across to me
