GETTING INTO A GOOD SPACE

My mind is wandering it's all over the place 
Life at the moment is just a never ending race 
Actions are being done and words are being spoken 
It's not sinking in like a record that's broken 

I am taking one step forward but two steps back 
I just wish I could settle down from this constant attack 
Go inside my mind it's really one big mess 
Something I need to sort out quickly and address

I hope then to be in a good space once more 
Living like this is so difficult for sure
