Gods and Mortals

Gods and Mortals

The sin of a God and a Mortal
Leaving an eternal curse on the human circle
A forbidden love that wasn’t meant to be
Earned the wrath of all other Gods, leaving mankind in a frightening stormy sea

‘Twas the beginning of midnight
When the curse began to rise in height
Through the darkness of a girl
Soon the kingdom will be caught in a whirl

Little did the prince know
Glass slippers are daggers
Little did the prince know
The kingdom will begin to stagger

The sin of a God and a Mortal
Leaving an eternal curse on the human circle
A forbidden love that wasn’t meant to be
Earned the wrath of all other Gods, leaving mankind in a frightening stormy sea

The prince did everything to find his precious girl
For this was the Gods’ curse, love at first sight could bind him in a knurl
This the prince did not know, till problems grew
As love is blind, his subjects could not change his view

The kingdom was joyous, they praised her beauty
So happy were they, the guards forgot their duties
‘Twas not their wrongs, ‘twas not their sins
‘Twas the curse why they committed the sin

The sin of a God and a Mortal
Leaving an eternal curse on the human circle
A forbidden love that wasn’t meant to be
Earned the wrath of all other Gods, leaving mankind in a frightening stormy sea

That night as the newly wed entered their room
With a sly smile the girl pushed the prince to the bed
Soon to leave the latter lying in a scarlet plume
She licked her lips, drinking from everywhere the young man bled

Under her beauty was a blood sucking creature
That plans to ruin humanity’s future
As she picked up her dress and walked to the balcony
Amusement in her eyes she watched the prince writhing in agony

The sin of a God and a Mortal
Leaving an eternal curse on the human circle
A forbidden love that wasn’t meant to be
Earned the wrath of all other Gods, leaving mankind in a frightening stormy sea

Soon the royalty breathed his last
Like a haunting night she gave out a hate filled laugh
Now her body containing divine blood half
With her plot, she’d have to carry on fast

Her daggers shone in the moon bathed balcony
Her mind excited to start a big catastrophe
“I have power now; I can even wield the sun!”
‘‘Come O vampires, for today the humans are done!”

The sin of a God and a Mortal
Leaving an eternal curse on the human circle
A forbidden love that wasn’t meant to be
Earned the wrath of all other Gods, leaving mankind in a frightening stormy sea

“Divine blood now flows through my veins!”
“They simply have no chance but give me the reins!”
“Bring the champagne!”
“For from today starts the ‘Vampires’ Reign’!’’

The enemies began to come in swarms
Exposing all of humanity to harm
We had no choice but hand the kingdom over
And stand by to watch humanity get rovered

The sin of a God and a Mortal
Leaving an eternal curse on the human circle
A forbidden love that wasn’t meant to be
Earned the wrath of all other Gods, leaving mankind in a frightening stormy sea

Some of the subjects were still in doubt
So they made the maiden spill a bit of her blood
And there it was, the rich ichor
Once in the veins of the god’s heirs, now in the veins of a bloodsucker

With a flick of her hands she left them dead for doubting her
Her parasytic companions came to her side, new subjects altogether
Thus formed the Vampire Monarchy as planned
The Gods’ wraths now have us ruined!

The sin of a God and a Mortal
Leaving an eternal curse on the human circle
A forbidden love that wasn’t meant to be
Earned the wrath of all other Gods, leaving mankind in a frightening stormy sea

Things began to change fast
Soon a hero will have to come
Fix our states
Give us our rights back

Humans against Gods
For what the Gods did was unfair
Anyone can be together if they want
But why do we get punished?

We shall avenge the two
We shall get our rights back
We shall be back in power
For humans are deadlier than Vampires
