God's word

God's word might be a sharp

​edged sword to separate bone

and marrow and flesh and spirit,

 a  sharp dagger that

pierces your heart, making you

feel pain, sorrow, remorse and

guilt.

God's word might hurt you 

but it is the truth.

 God's word might discipline

you but this is love.

God's word might rebuke you

but it makes you better.

God's word might convict you

but it shows your wrong.

God's word is active and alive,

filled with power, filled with hope,

​filled with mysteries, filled with 

great wonders and miracles.

God's word never changes, his word

will always remain.
