GOING BACK IN TIME

Sometimes in life you wish that you were there
Living for today sometimes just isn't fair 
Going back in time would be awesome for sure
Being part of history's locked and most sacred door

Seeing the Beatles before they became superstars 
Getting from A to B before the invention of cars
Being a Jew when Hitler first came to power 
Hiding in an air raid shelter for at least an hour 

Stepping foot on the moon for the first time
Watching legendary sport stars would be sublime 
I snap my fingers I'm back for the here and now
Just wish there was a time machine somehow
