I say goodbye to Jane.
As she boards the midnight train.
Me she is leaving.
Alone and grieving.
She's heading off to greener fields.
Where the sun is hot and love yields.

On my heart she’s leaving a black stain.
Now i am a broken man.
On happiness my mind has put a ban.
For her the future looks sunny and bright.
For me the future doesn’t look right.
