I get my morning wash in my shower with a relax, refresh & revive
this usual human ritual makes us feel alert & alive
As fresh as a daisy in the early morning dew, to give your heart & soulful body a revitalise feeling anew

When I’ve travelled on an aeroplane, a bus, boat or a train
that’s the first thing I do when I get home again
Jump in my powershower, splash bodywash everywhere,
grab my shampoo & conditioner then rinse my hair

Doesn’t public transport tho it’s a blessing in disguise, make you get off it feeling filthy like greasy pan of fries
I know I always do feel unwashed & unclean 
This is a subject close to my heart , good health & hygiene
