Goodbye

As I feel the drugs taking over my body
it leaves me motionless, trapped in my own mind with my own thoughts about dying,
Then I slowly start to fade in darkness.

I faintly hear voices calling out my name,
is this my last goodbye?

Death is lurking in the mind of us all
consuming our very souls until he gets what he wants.
