 you was sent to me for a little while 
Just enough time to see your smile 
I hold you close and don't want to let you go 
I wish time stood still so I can let you know 
That I love you and miss you 
and wish you could stay here 
So when your sad I can dry away your tears 
When your lonely I can hold you tight 
And every night I can wish you good night 
The time has come for me to let you go 
I love you so much but you will never know 
That the pain in my heart Will always stay
