Poem -
Grateful
I am grateful that I got to feel the rain
Taste joy because I have know pain
I am grateful for my lessons learnt
Grateful I can see the gain
I am grateful for the hunger  felt
It made all taste so much better when it came
Grateful for all i have tried and lost
The memories are so much better than regret
Grateful for each and every day
Knowing that whatever comes my way
With all my heart I will do my best
