GREED IS LIKE WEEDS

GREED IS LIKE WEEDS

Like weeds that grow amongst beauty...

It will absorb the nourishment not caring that it will choke the living things to stop it from growing...

It only cares about itself...

You can cut it down, but as long as it keeps its roots it will grow back again laughing at the dying...

It doesn't notice or care about beauty...

It knows it's ugly and it knows its own ability to destroy...

For it's own growth is all that matters...

Greed is like weeds...

When there is no one left to care...

They can only find beauty of what's left of themselves...

Hugs...

When greed rears its ugly head there is a crisis generated by the decline of caring and sharing !

Hello Richard...

Is it possible some people get prosperity confused?

There are many that think only of themselves...

You should be good to yourself...

That's important...

But, not when it takes hurting another to do it...

But, when you're good to others and it doesn't have to be financial...

Not everyone can do that...

There are many ways to show kindness and generosity...

Sometimes, personal pain or whatever may make a person to not having the want to...

Alot of the world is suffering...

People are getting displaced because the rising costs are preventing them from being able to keep up...

Some homeless people had it going on...

They never thought it could happen to them...

They often say...

I should have been generous when I had the chance...

Thank you for your comment and support!

Hello Sis Cherie...

People think that rich people don't become homeless...

That's just not true...

I have met many that had more than they knew what to do with it...

Happy Banks and Heart Broken Folks...

Some just made bad choices...

But, the once rich blame it on the way they looked at the homeless and how they would laugh...

They would talk about how they never cared...

Tears would come when they would ask me for $1.00...

Thank you for your comment and support!

I'm so glad that when anyone recognizes the sin of greed.  It's become so pervasive, not even religious leaders are immune.  Thanks for posting.

Hello Kimmy...

It is up to us to know and understand tithes and offerings...

We will be held accountable if we steal from God...

But, it's our responsibility to know which is right and true...

Understanding the meaning of tithes and offerings...

What is was designed for in the Old and New Testament and what is required of us of the gifts that we have received...

Religious leaders will be held accountable as well if they are not doing the will of God...

We may not see it, we may not hear about it...

If we don't go to church we are still held accountable for not giving...

There are 40 bible verses that talk about it...

32 in the Old Testament...

Same goes with charities...

If you don't do your homework be prepared to fill some pockets of the head of it and volunteers also...

Know where your money is going the percentage that goes to the needy etc...

Who gets first pick on new or barely used merchandise etc...

I have been seeing the same hungry children and sad animals that they should have made history if they're still living today...

Seeing the same faces and needs for over 25 years perhaps even longer...

There are some that help families here in the U.S. and abroad that puts in wells and provides clothing and shelter...

Granted some things people are not given here...

1 out 5 kids go hungry in this country...

But, we never that important to anyone anyway...

Thank you for your comment and support!
