Grief

How to heal once fate is sealed

Let us feel

Accept that it's real

Savour the good

Spit out the bad

Store happy moments

Drain out the sad

Treasured elations of residual things

Redeem remnant pictures

Of the days we were kings

Gather the fruits from ashes of fire

Before they expire

Before they expire

Plant bitter seeds

And new life inspire

The choice was on them

All chances to trust

Set up a momorial

If really you must

Don't sink with the ship

Tighten your lip

Keep climbing with grip

Ascending with grit

High above the pit

Return to worship

Of the One who is greater

Where all pain do subside

In his deep healing presence
