"So cool!"....said Josephine

The back streets there, they be thumpin'
Waitin' on heathens humpin'
Flyin' in the face of the master, man
"Hey, give me back my car!!"
Softly, said Josephine....

Now, why a woman spend all night waitin'
Ain't like they be out back debatin'
Said the 'ol colored man at the bar
"I know, she out there sellin' that tar.."

Brother Billy by the back door
Pursed his lips around his girl
