Grrrrr Sciatica?

Absolute agony
Scornfully sore
Deteriorating fast
Can’t take no more

Pain is excruciating
Analgesic again
Once it kicks in
It should wax & wain

Impossible to sit
Passable to stand
Having sciatica 
Is not at all grand

God knows what I did
I really haven’t got a clue
An appointment with a physio
Is what I’ll have to do

I am dreading bedtime
Won’t be able to lie flat
Will have to pace the floor
& That is that

One minute I was fine
Next half hour, I was not
Now I’m fedup as can be
Coz I’m going all to pot

A note to oneself
As I’m feeling rather blue
Chin up, take an aspirin
Theres always someone worse than you ?
