Haiku

Autumn blue flower,
I trace my bruises with it,
How soft its touch is.

In deep sombre thoughts,
I meet demons in disguise,
Of hope, love and peace.

Stillness in the air,
A moonless night and whispers,
From above my head.

No words could be said,
To keep you from leaving me,
You were not my fate.

God gives His bounty,
To some and not to others,
To see those who'll share.

When glory and gold,
No longer hold you captive,
Then you will see God.

On axis it spins,
And in orbit it races,
While I meditate.

A still autumn night,
The stars witness my anguish,
Leaving heart and home.

On the lonely cliffs,
I stand where you stood my love,
Before death claimed you.

In night's autumn cold,
A small tawny mouse trembles,
Beneath a dead leaf.

Raindrops on the roof,
Lulls the most tormented souls,
Into calm slumber.

They got him...

How many more hearts and youths hope are you going to allow to be wrecked?...

My road is lonely,
Strewn with broken love and dreams,
Piercing my resolve.

Whiskey in my hand,
Neon lights and city sounds,
I miss you tonight.

Imagine giving your all in everything you do
