Halloween

October 31st, the day of Halloween

where quirky quirks are followed by hollow screams

allowed on the scene, are costumes of any kind

scotch brooms on witches, theres no telling what you will find

it's the time of the year, where pumpkins are carved

some of them small, while some of them are large

bizzare haunted houses, hayrides, and mazes

resulting in cried eyes, frightend faces, and hyperventilation

impatient are the kids, who get to go door to door

implore "TRICK OR TREAT" hoping for candy galore

gore, blood, and violence decorate the city streets

pillow cases and buckets full, of itty bitty treats

rotten teeth and stomach aches, soon to be on the way

who doesn't love Halloween? it is the best of all holidays!
