Happy as can be ?

I’m so pleased, elated is the word
I’ve just had the best news that I could have heard
You know I’ve been waiting to hear if I was okay
Well the hospital rang me earlier today

I got a clean bill of health, they said I’ve nothing wrong
That’ll put my mind at ease coz I’ve been worrying all along
Thank you to the higher powers
Someone must be watching over me
I just can’t put it in words but i’m as happy as can be
