We are one nation under God with liberty and justice for all...
We are free not to do whatever we want...
We are free to do which that is right...
We celebrate this day and to remember always the people who died to give us this very special gift...
The sacrifices that were made should remain in our hearts as we light up the sky with remembrance of beautiful colored fireworks...
Parades and gatherings are shared with those that are here and to remember why we celebrate this very special day...

Hello Sis Cherie...
When I first found out that God and pledging to the allegiance was being removed from the schools it broke my heart...
I thought to myself our children are not going to be safe...
Our schools were never locked neither were there lock downs...
Kids can't say Christmas vacation can't wish someone a Merry Christmas...
It's all just so terrible that our kids go to school to learn and so much is hush hush...
They don't have to answer correct as long as they say how they came up with the answer...
I saw a video at a friend's house and I couldn't believe it...
Bullies were always present, but it's like we had a hedge of protection that is no longer there...
I don't think I will ever wrap my head around how this all happened and it was alright with everyone...
I am proud to be an American!
I am proud I was raised and given the history on the love of all the blood that was shed for us...
