Happy Birthday, Tony Taylor
I just found out my Guru, had his Birthday November first;
So my well wishes are belated, and my heartโs about to burst!
For if I had known about it earlier, my greetings would have reached him right on time;
But itโs better late than never, to send my love, for all weโve shared in Auld Lang Syne!

Tony, you have to give me some leeway here. ย You were the first one to send a comment to me, on the day I joined Cosmo. ย Your words praising my unity, coherence, and emphasis made me happier than you could ever imagine. ย For a long time, I had eschewed reading others poems, for fear of accidental plagiarism, but because of you I started, and have had the greatest happiness in writing comments on them. ย So, in a way, I do consider you my guru. ย Yet, I too truly enjoy the mental jousting that we do.
