HARD WORKING MAN

This little tale is of a hard working man
Takes his break when the bosses says he can
In the summer months he starts to sweat and perspire
His bosses demand productivity should be higher

The hard working man has no time for lunch
Working for minimum wage would be my hunch
When his day is done he goes for a beerĀ
The thought of tomorrow's shift fills him with fear

This hard working man could be me or you
Trying to make ends meet that much is true
Eventually retirement day will come at lastĀ
Those hard working days will be part of the past
