Whilst we will be putting things aside in this world of dismay

There will be lots of us who will relax those rules and social distancing will go away

But I bet come Boxing day we will be in another total lockdown or at least that’s what I’ve heard them say..

So have yourselves a very merry Christmas and enjoy it while you can

Now is the season to be jolly when we are cheery and charitable to our fellowman

And let’s face it this only comes but once a year and Covid was never, ever part of the yuletide plan

Humanity has been celebrating the birth of Christ long before Christianity began..

We will embrace this festive season with all of our loved ones so dear

And come what may to our future months ahead within a brand new year

Hopefully mass vaccinations will conquer Coronavirus ridding all of our fear
