The poorest should never be neglected

Their struggles should always be respected

They battle so hard each and every day

Just to find the means to pay

For necessities others can afford so easily

So offer them hope and an opportunity

To aspire to a better way of living

When they don't rely on charity from the giving !

It is a fairer world we need to see

Which has managed to eradicate poverty

Where societies care for those in greatest need

Where those with a conscience take the lead

Where the fortunate have played their part

Showing that humanity truly does have a heart !
