Heart's Anxiety(9-6-18)

my heart constantly jumps
An irregular beat
Ā as I stress out
as my oxygen depletes
my heart suffers
from the ways of theĀ  world
human emotions and health from spoil
this gives it terrible pain
from a person's actions
it's so hard toĀ contain
