Final flight,
Fire light,
Conflagrate. 
Separate.

Tower splendid.
Tower tall.
Power made
The tower fall

One and all,
Call and call
Cry and scream
And bleed and crawl.

Make a name.
Maybe fame.
But all's the same.
Once tamed by flame.

Children learn.
Lovers yearn.
Disturbed.
Perturbed,
Their turn to burn

Comes quick
And sick...
A black attack,
Yet still, in fact
The plan's
Intact.

For motivation.
Of a nation.
In patriotic
Desperation.

A spate of hate.
Divided state.
All that was clear is far from near.

A state of fear.
Cannot obtain.
Cannot maintain.
And can't restrain.

Yet can't remain.
Without a clue.
Of what is true
Or what to do

The one they trust.
Through power lust.
Left empty holes
Where hearts he thrust

A hollow gust
Blows lies and dust
Into the eyes of the sane and just

Insane, unjust
They start to fear
The world, the place
They once revered.

The rubble's weathered
The blood has cleared
The end seems near

Is heaven here?
