Her

Her smile.
Her words.
And her silence.
All hide who she is on the inside.
Everything you see, isn’t who she really is.
She covers up what she feels,
The bad things she’s feeling,
What she thinks of herself.
Her eyes hide the tears.
Her smile hides the screams.
Her words hide the truth.
Her silence hides her cries for help.
She isn’t what meets the eye.
Deep inside she’s in pain, alone, and scared.
No one sees her inside self so no one can help.
Her eyes.
Her smile.
Her words.
And her silence.
All hide who she is.
Pay attention to her.
Not what she shows on the outside,
But what she is hiding on the inside.
